Social and economic partnership

In order to combine the efforts of the Khoroshiv Village Council and local businesses to improve life and develop the Khoroshiv village territorial community and to raise residents’ quality of life through the community’s successful social, economic and cultural development — guided by Articles 25, 26 and 59 of the Law of Ukraine “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine” and taking into account the recommendations of the standing committees on environmental protection and land-relations regulation — the Village Council resolved:

1. To conclude a social and economic partnership agreement with Leznykivsky Quarry LLC (EDRPOU code 38215153).
2. To authorise the village head Volodymyr Stoliarchuk to sign the social and economic partnership agreement with Leznykivsky Quarry LLC.
3. To assign control over the implementation of this decision to the standing committee on environmental protection and land-relations regulation.

Decision of the Khoroshiv Village Council
