These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website lezniki.com.ua (the “Website”), owned by ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «ЛЕЗНИКІВСЬКИЙ КАР’ЄР» (registration code 38215153) (the “Company”, “we”). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Website.
The Ukrainian version of these Terms is the legally binding one; this English text is provided for convenience, and in case of any discrepancy the Ukrainian version prevails.

The Website is informational and presentational in nature and is intended for familiarisation with the Company’s products and services. Information published on the Website (including product descriptions, technical specifications, images) does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Supply terms, prices and product availability are agreed separately with the Company’s representatives.

When using the Website, you undertake to:
